On November 15, 2022, the Qingdao Meets Regensburg Sister City Chinese Culture - Paper-cutting Exchange Event was successfully held online. Zhu Yiling from the Information Office of Qingdao Municipal Government, Wang Hua, President of the  Regensburg Association for Sino-German Friendship and Cultural Exchange, Dominik Eisert, Vice President of the Association, and Bao Jianguo, Business Director of China Book Trading Corporation affiliated to China International Publishing Group, attended the event.

At the event, Ms. Zhu firstly introduced the success of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. After that, they watched a video on Qingdao paper-cutting intangible culture. Ms. Zhu introduced in detail the history and development of paper-cutting, a provincial intangible culture in Shandong Province, and showed some paper-cutting works of Qingdao artists.

Mr. Bao Jianguo introduced the preparations for the launching ceremony of Qingdao-Regensburg Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition, such as time, location and venue layout, etc. President Wang and Vice President Dominik supplemented the relevant information and made suggestions to optimize the venue layout and add interactive links. In the next step, the two sides will promote the development of the cultural exhibition of intangible heritage together, show the charm of intangible cultural heritage such as paper-cutting to the people of the sister city, and help them appreciate the beauty of Chinese culture.
