On December 21, 2022, Happy Cities of China Forum 2022 was held in Hangzhou, which was co-organized by Xinhua News Agency Oriental Outlook and Outlook Weekly.

At the event, the list of “2022 China’s Happiest Cities” was released, and Qingdao was on the list. This is the third consecutive year that Qingdao has been on the list.

The happiness of the citizens has become the brightest business card of the city. Qingdao has integrated happiness into its development gene and built a city of happiness for all Qingdao citizens.
