On July 27, the General Office of Qingdao Municipal Government released the progress of H1 of 2021 municipal practical affairs: there are 10 pieces of 32 municipal practical affairs in 2021, 5 items achieved the annual target in the first half, 19 items exceeded the planned task in the first half, and the rest of the projects are progressing orderly according to the plan.
Guarantee Basic Need of People's Livelihood
Since 2003, Qingdao Municipal Government has determined a number of practical affairs of people's livelihood to be done every year and included them in the key objectives of the current year.

These municipal practical affairs involve employment, education, housing, transportation, medical care, environment, pension, help for the weak, culture and sports, government services and other major important matters that are highly felt by the public.
The purpose is to ensure access to child care, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, and social welfare assistance and really bring more sense of access, happiness and security to the general public.
Promote the Quality of the City
Qingdao always emphasizes and pays attention to the improvement of city quality and takes it as an important project for people's livelihood.

The list also specifies the responsible parties and the time frame for completion to attack one by one.
